Honey-Olive Oil Cake


蜂蜜でカラメル状にしたオレンジをケーキパンの下に敷いて焼いたケーキ。作り方はパイナップルアップサイドダウンケーキと同じみたい。Lay caramelized orange slices at the bottom of a cake pan, then add batter and bake. It’s similar to a pineapple upside-down cake.

オリーブオイルを使っているから味がすっきりしている。I think it’s refreshing because it uses olive oil rather than butter.
