Ash-Throated Flycatcher

The Ash-throated Flycatcher is, as the name says, a bird that catches insects while it is flying. It’s an early riser and finishes its chores in the early morning. That way it can stay quiet during the day to avoid hot weather. Oh, another important fact about it is that it doesn’t drink water. It takes liquid from the bugs that it consumes.

I wish I could capture an image of it catching a bug, but it’s nearly impossible with my camera skill.

These are my best shots for the bird flying. Although we can’t see its face, let’s imagine that it has a bug in its beaks.
