アマゾン通販大好きです。2日前にも玄関に配達物が届きました。 I love Amazon mail order. I received another delivery at my front door two days ago.

今日の配達は、ECOフレンドリーのトイレットペーパーでした。いつもはCharmin の Ultra Soft というものですが、ふと思いついて自分の体にも環境にも優しそうな物を試してみたくなって買ってみました。 Today’s delivery was ECO friendly toilet paper. I usually buy Charmin Ultra Soft Cushiony Touch Toilet Paper, but I suddenly thought I would like to try something that would be kinder to my body and the environment, so I bought it.

この製品の原材料は竹です。竹の原産国がどこかは不明です。とりあえず柔らかで良さそうですが、使用感は「良い」と「普通」の間ぐらいかな。お値段が高いので今後も続けて使うかどうかは微妙です。The raw material for this product is bamboo. The country of origin of the bamboo is unknown. 元の持ち主が知りたくて、充電してみたらパスワードなしに画面が出てきました。でも、簡体中国語でわからない。ということは、中国大陸からやってきた〜！　I tried charging it with the hope of finding out who owned it so I could return it and the screen came up without asking for a password. But I didn’t understand it in simplified Chinese. It means that it came from mainland China~!　

怖くなったので、捨てました。 I got scared and threw it away.

ところで、今日は皆既日食の日です。この為に今バンちゃんはアーカンソー州に行っています。私は既に体験しているし、何日もテントで寝るほど4分間の皆既日食に興奮しないので、60％隠れた太陽の観察でもします。　By the way, today is the day of the total solar eclipse.
