去年より4分遅かったんですが、怪我もなく終了できたので満足です。 I was 4 minutes slower than last year, but able to finish without any injuries, so I am satisfied.

以下の写真の女性の中で最下位は私でした。左から2番目の方は76歳ですが、60分を切っています。また、右から2番目の方は79歳ですが、63分で終了しています。 I was the slowest of the women in the following picture. The second one from the left is 76 years old but finished in less than 60 minutes. Also, the second one from the right is 79 years old but finished in 63 minutes.

何歳になってもポジティブで元気な人たちと一緒にいただけで元気をもらいました。 I was energized just by being with people who were positive and energetic at any age.

このレースを機に、もう走るのはやめようと思っていましたが、やっぱり来年も走ってるような気がします。 I thought I would stop running after this race, but I still feel like I will be running again next year.
