パンプキンケーキ Pumpkin Cake


久しぶりに焼いてみました。 It’s been a while since I baked a Pumpkin cake.

なぜ砂糖が半分も残ったのか気になってレシピを読み返してみたら、私の勘違いでした。通りで甘さ加減が激的に控えめだと思いました。 After baking, I wasn’t sure why I had nearly one cup of sugar left, so I read the recipe again. Silly me, that was my mistake. I made a reduced sugar cake.

それでも、まあまあなお味。5日間かけて、二人で全部食べきってしまいました。 Still, it wasn’t bad. We ate the whole cake completely in five days.
