Grip Water

It’s five more days to race day.

I don’t need to carry water when I run the race, but I decided to carry a little because I always want to drink water during the last 2 km.

The red cliff were shining this morning. And that’s the direction where the finish line for my race will be. For some reason, I felt so light while I was watching watching this scene, and my motivation went up high.

So I made a test run with the new handheld water bottle. (The hand in the pictures is Banchan’s hand.)

It’s not bad. As I drink water, the bottle shrinks, and becomes lighter. I had a concern that the weight on my hand might impact my arm fatigue, but I didn’t feel it much when I tried it.

I didn’t push myself hard today. The grip water test was a success.
