10K: 苦しい It Hurts


トレーナーのグレッグが、トレーニング前に60分走れと言ったので走ってみました。結果が出せなくて、ちょっと残念。 I ran 60 minutes before my training session because my trainer Greg told me to do so. It is painful not to be able to produce a better result.

その後のトレーニングはかなりキツかった。 The training after the 10K run was very tough.

この苦しさは、精神的にも対極的にも遠い昔に経験して以来です。だからでしょうか。面白い事に「苦しい事」を楽しんでいるようでもあります。 At the end, I thought it’s funny that I am enjoying the “pain” (both mental and physical) because it’s been a long long time since I experienced this.
