10K: コースを走る Run The Course


初めてレースのコースを走ってみました。 I ran the 10K race course for the first time today.

距離が9.66kmと足りないのは、折り返し地点を間違えたからです。 We made a mistake at the turning point, so the distance was only 9.66 km.

それにしてもですね、5kmを過ぎたあたりから、もう疲れ切って歩くことしばしば。 In any case, I was so tired after 5 km and I needed to walk every so often after that.

最初に飛ばし過ぎたんですね。まだ自分のペースがわかってない。トレッドミルではペースの訓練ができない。 Because I ran too fast at the beginning, I couldn’t keep up with it. I still don’t know how to pace myself. The treadmill doesn’t train me for this.

体力がないのがすごくわかりました。でも、同時にもう少し頑張れば目標達成できる自信もできました。 I realized that I still need to build a lot of strength. At the same time, I felt that I might be able to achieve my goal if I try a little harder.

レースまで後29日。 29 days to the race day.
