シュークリーム Cream Puffs


聞いてはいましたが、これには高度な技術と時間がかかる。レシピには所要時間が2時間と記載されていますが、4時間かかってしまいました。I’ve heard from people that cooking a batch of Cream Puffs is difficult and requires some technique to make it right. According to the recipe, it takes 2 hours, but it took 4 hours for me.

そもそも外側のシューが膨らんでくれない。何がいけなかったんでしょうね。I don’t know what went wrong but the “choux” didn’t puff.

それでも、中のカスタードクリームは美味しくできたんで、チョコレートも綺麗じゃないけど、一応努力賞を自分にあげましょう。また作りたいかというと、疑問です。On the contrary, I made the pastry cream very well. The chocolate wasn’t thin enough, so it didn’t drizzle like the recipe picture, but I think I can give myself a prize for the effort. Um, do I want to bake it again? Let me think about it.
